I just had this weird sense of dread wash over me, like something bad is coming, except I have no clue what. My stomach feels tense and nervous. Is this what is normally called an anxiety attack? I'm not flustered or freaking out or anything. Just feel...creepily unsettled. Does this happen to any of you?

Yeah, I get that feeling a lot. I call it "a disturbance in the Force."

i get that sometimes, try to do something that will calm you down or something familiar (watch a movie, listen to music, take a bath...) try to get your mind off it and it should go away

Sounds like an anxiety attack to me. Do you usually get these? If it's just a one time thing, I'd say either you're getting sick or you just need to relax for awhile.

I did that for no apparent reason earlier, but I didn't feel bad for long. Hope it passes!

I'm nauseous too, but it's cos my teacher (that I'm in love with) and her husband are probably having sex @ this very moment... and let's just say I REALLY wish I was her husband :crying:

Wow, Thanks everybody. It took about 20 minutes for me to shake that creepy feeling, but for a few minutes the stomach tension got really uncomfortable. It wasn't something I ate or anything...you tend to know your body and how it works...I think it definitely was some form of anxiety. Boo that, man. Ah well, hope it doesn't happen too often. I was glad to hear I'm not crazy though, unless we're all crazy together  Thanks for posting, guys!

I'm so sorry, I hope it goes away! Lie down and relax for a bit. Ugh, I hate the feeling of nausea.

Yeah, it is uncomfortable. I get it sometimes, too.
Cola syrup usually helps (available at drug stores)
I've recently discovered the herb "Ginger." It's been long known to cure nausea. So far, it's worked for me every time. Use either capsule or chewable form.
