Does anyone get that "You watch THAT show?" look or attitude a lot?

I do sometimes. I also get the "You DON'T like that show?" look sometimes too. I don't let people like that bother me though. <assume voice of Cartman from South Park> What-eva! What-eva! I watch what I want!

Oh yea, espeacially for The Golden Girls.

Just about every old show I watch, I get some kind of crazy look if I say I like such and such show. .

People give me that "look" when I mention I watch the TLC program "Junkyard Wars."

It's a great show. Last night they rigged cars to operate by remote control! How friggin cool is that! I know what I'm doing this weekend!

Oh, quite. Especially since the majority of the stuff I watch was on before I was born.

I get that look from my dad with The Powerpuff Girls. I give him that look with Clueless, a movie he's seen 85 times.

There's another look....the "You like THAT person?" look. Get that a lot too.

Oh, I forgot. I got that look last night. I was watching this really interesting WWII documentary on PBS and my mom gave me that look big time. I thought it was a cool show. :D

I got "That Look" when I was reading off my top ten favorite sitcoms list at work. Especially for the show "Perfect Strangers". And for having "Charles in Charge" in my top 20. Oh well. Going through school as the class reject, "That Look" is quite common.

I do with my Friends but not so much with my Family because My Family and I watch the same things

I get that from me watching classic game shows like Match Game.

I get that look from my friends every time I mention a show I like.
They watch dramas; I watch comedies. To each his own...

I also get the "You like THAT person?" look b/c I always like obscure actors that everyone thinks are ugly or they've never heard of them.

And, mostly I've gotten the 'You HATE that show' look, because I dislike most of the popular shows.

I can relate! We seem to be easy targets due, in part, to the geeky stereotypes. (Unfortunately, they're based on actual people!)
