Okay this may be a recurring question because I just started taping Head of the Class off of N@N and there isn't any sort of detail on the episode guides of which episode is which.

I'm assuming this particular episode is the first season, 1986, it aired either last night or the night before last night (Today is the 12th of February). Brad Pitt is in it. Dennis makes a deal with Maria who is really smart until Chuck (pitt's character) comes around and then she acts all dumb and giddy. Chuck tells Maria in front of Dennis that the egghead class she is taking is taking up too much of her time.

Maria tells Chuck she can't pick him up for a date tonight and they make plans for the weekend. Dennis wants to know why she acts dumb.

Dennis wins some sort of award and the entire class is mad at Dennis for taking the credit when Maria did most of the work. Dennis says he did it for Maria so that doesn't look smart in front of Chuck.
