I'm having a big problem with my membership to the Freddie MSN groups & need help LOL!

See when I first joined the MSN sites my main e-mail address was my YAHOO one. I wanted the messages to be sent to me in text instead of HTML so I could read them thru e-mail programs & get the pics in HTML to read offline in OUTLOOK EXPRESS. You can't do both versions in one e-mail acct/name with MSN groups. So I signed up with my MOCHAMAIL address to get the daily reports & pics in HTML & had the messages sent in text to the YAHOO mail. Used my real name for the nickname for the acct associated with my YAHOO address & the one associated with my MOCHAMAIL acct, I used it with Cheryl Harr was my nickname.

Well a while back YAHOO mail started charging for pop3 access where you could read the messages in OUTLOOK EXPRESS so I changed my main e-mail address to my MOCHAMAIL one which was just as well as my YAHOO mail was getting too much spam(junk mail).

Now I noticed that with the MOCHAMAIL address, MSN Groups messages weren't being sent to that address with that acct. With the YAHOO acct I had with them, the MOCHAMAIL address works with that one which is backwards. In other words, I'd sign in with the YAHOO address & that would have it where mail was sent to my MOCHAMAIL address. Log in with my MOCHAMAIL address & it wouldn't let me use it for the groups cuz it said it was associated with another address/person. Which was me at my YAHOO acct.

I want to get the messages sent to my MOCHAMAIL acct under my MOCHAMAIL address as the lgoin name instead of my YAHOO acct as the login name. I tried unsubscribing from the groups & resubscribing to them & it wouldn't let me use my MOCHAMAIL address with either my YAHOO address login name or my MOCHAMAIL address. Won't even let me use my name Cheryl Harrell nor it with both words together like cherylharrell.

I unsubscribed from all the MSN groups & deleted my MSN NET Passport acct from both e-mail addresses. Then resigned up with a MSN PASSPORT acct under both addresses. Still the same deal-- it wouldn't let me use my MOCHAMAIL address with either my YAHOO address login name or my MOCHAMAIL address. Won't even let me use my name Cheryl Harrell nor it with both words together like cherylharrell. It says someone else already is using that e-mail address. If I unsubscribed I couldn't be using it anymore with MSN passport or the groups.

I need to find out what to do to sign up again & be able to get the mails/messages at my MOCHAMAIL address. I noticed on a coupla MSN Freddie groups that I was still in the members list. So I wonder if that means the people running the MSN Freddie sites need to delete me from the groups & members lists first before my MOCHAMAIL will work with the groups.

So if you guys could delete me from the groups & the members lists & then let me re-sign up again to join them. That'd be great! Thanks for any help! This is so confusing...

I tried to login with my YAHOO address & it says not valid so when I unsubscribed from it, I must not have re-subscribed under it. So now I need to get my MOCHAMAIL e-mail address to work with my acct I made using the MOCHAMAIL e-mail address as my login name & address... When I try to rejoin the MSN Freddie groups it says:

E-mail Address Problem
The e-mail address you entered is already associated with a member of this group. Each member needs a unique e-mail address.


I can't figure out how that can be since I unsubscribed from all MSN groups with both e-mails. Unless the groups still ahve me listed as a member. If that's the case I'll need to be removed from the groups & then I'll rejoin them all... Yikes...
