Does anyone know the title, or the singer, of the song that plays at the end of "Sixteen Candles and 400 Pound Men". It goes:

Happy Birthday/Now you're sweet sixteen/You are my angel

In my pathetic attempt to keep the show alive, I'm making myself a CD with all of the songs from Boy Meets World. I have most of them, but have had trouble finding out who sings this song.
