Up until today, it'd been awhile since I listed any videos for sale on eBay, but today, when I went to do just that, I noticed that the warning (in red) NOT to sell taped movies and such wasn't there. Have they changed their rule? I know that there are plenty who do just that, so perhaps they changed things (more business).

I did some checking on the discussion boards, and unless I'm mistaken, I can't seem to find any indication of a rule regarding this, either way.

Hmm. That's odd. But maybe they gave up trying to police all the people who ignored that.
