Since I've noticed that The Nanny has been coming on at 5:30 every weekday afternoon, I've started recording but I went over to Lifetime's site today and for some reason it doesn't come on at 5:30 on Monday, February 17th. Was this just a two week thing or is it just not showing that day for some reason?

No, it will not air at 5:30 p.m. on Feb 17 because of a President's Day movie marathon, it will air that day at a special time at noon and 12:30pm though. It will still air at 5:30 p.m. after that, as well as the usual 9:30am, 10:30am, 12am and 12:30am weekdays.
