View Full Version : Peter Boyle's health? izzyB 02-09-2003, 01:26 PM Does anyone else think Peter Boyle (Frank) looks frail this season? I am worried about his health. Chocoholic 02-09-2003, 05:33 PM I thought he was looking pretty tired lately myself, especially in the first couple of episodes. I hope he's doing OK. izzyB 02-09-2003, 06:55 PM i dunno. to me he just looks a lot thinner than last season, esp. in the face. i hope it is just my imagniation. he is a great addition to a fantastic cast. Brian Damage 02-10-2003, 05:20 PM He did suffer a stroke a few years back. However, he is getting older, so who knows. izzyB 02-10-2003, 06:37 PM thanks B.D! i did not know about the stroke. Moonlight Lady 02-25-2003, 05:40 PM He also had a heart attack a couple of years ago I believe. He was on the set of Raymond when it happened. I watched his biography on A&E a month or two ago. izzyB 02-25-2003, 06:09 PM you know i thought all in all he looked better in last night's episode when they met amy's parents and he actually had quite a bit of the scenes so i am feeling better about him. wish i had seen his biography on A&E. from what i have read he has had quite a rewarding career. Chocoholic 02-25-2003, 07:01 PM He has looked better in the past few episodes. holly1701 03-21-2003, 11:54 PM I always found it interesting that he is about ten years YOUNGER than Doris Roberts. He is about 66, I believe. He is a great comedic performer. Does everyone remember him as the monster in "Young Franenstein"? That was one of the funniest movies ever made. dottiec222 03-23-2003, 08:40 PM Do you mean Doris Roberts is 76? MTM1Fan 03-23-2003, 09:16 PM At the 2001 Emmys she said it was her birthday and she was 71. Im guessing shes now 72, depending on what month her birthday is in. |
