I actually wouldn't mind seeing this show again, ever since TBS has dropped it, I think that it was wise for Nick-at-Nite to pick-up the show, because I haven't seen it for awhile.

Eventhough, it is a little ahead of Nick-at-Nite's time, since it ended in only 1995, however in started in 1987, so it is somewhat old. Wings wasn't doing so well in the ratings because it wasn't old enough for Nick-at-Nite and it ended in only 1997. The same thing could happen to Full House. But, I have a feeling that won't happen.

Maybe there will be less of The Cosby Show, when Full House comes in October, LOL.

The timeslot is not in, though it is still a long way off. The date is now released however:

Nick@Nite New Acquisitions Include Roseanne, Full House,
The Fresh Prince of Bel Air and Who’s The Boss?

Full House (October 6, 2003)

Full House was a popular family favorite from 1987-1995 and captured the funny, heartfelt moments of a close-knit family in San Francisco. When successful sportscaster Danny Tanner (Bob Saget) loses his wife in a car accident, he takes on the dual role of both father and mother to his three daughters: D.J. (Candace Cameron), Stephanie (Jodie Sweetin) and Michelle (Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen). It soon becomes difficult for Danny to raise the girls on his own so he enlists the next best things to a nanny -- his best friend, Joey Gladstone (Dave Coulier), and brother-in-law, Jesse Katsopolis (John Stamos). Joey, a stand-up comedian, and Jesse, a long-haired musician, move into the home and chaos ensues as the men learn the ins and outs of raising children -- from changing diapers to setting rules. As years pass, the two men adjust to their different lifestyles and begin writing advertising jingles. Danny becomes the host of a popular talk show with Rebecca (Lori Loughlin), who eventually becomes Jesse’s wife and the mother of their twin sons, Alexander and Nicholas.

I bet this will happen it will get a good timeslot for about two or three weeks, then it will be reduced to maybe on episode a nite, then put on at like 3 or 4 in the morning(sounds like what they did with Family Ties and Wings) Nick at Nite seems to only want to promote Cosby Show and ocassionally Cheers for some reason

Growing Pains should come on Nick At Night also. Then they can have a Cameron marathon. Since Kirk Cameron is Candace Cameron's sister, they could have a marathon with both shows. One after the other.

Nick@Nite announced the marathon information (Oct. 6-9, 9p-12a) for Full House at the TCA Tour yesterday and the regular timeslot after the marathon, which will be 9 and 9:30 p.m. Sun-Thurs:

"Have Mercy!!!"

The Olsen Twins are Back when Full House Joins Nick at Nite in October

Hollywood, CA, July 8, 2003 – Nick at Nite, the network devoted to modern classic sitcoms, will add the popular family comedy Full House to its line-up with a five-day marathon beginning on Monday, Oct. 6-Thursday, Oct. 9 from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. (all times ET/PT). The series, which ran for eight seasons on ABC, was an immediate hit and became a platform for future stars Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. Full House will begin airing in its regularly-scheduled timeslot of 9 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 12.

“Full House is a fan favorite the entire family can enjoy,” said Larry W. Jones, Executive Vice President and General Manager, TV Land and Nick at Nite. “The network is thrilled to bring this series, which so truly fits the network’s roster of hit sitcoms, back to primetime.”

Full House aired from 1987-1995 and captured the funny, heartfelt moments of a close-knit family in San Francisco. When successful sportscaster Danny Tanner (Bob Saget) loses his wife in a car accident, he takes on the dual role of both father and mother to his three daughters: D.J. Joey, a stand-up comedian, and Jesse, a long-haired musician, move into the home and chaos ensues as the men learn the ins and outs of raising children -- from changing diapers to setting rules. As years pass, the two men adjust to their different lifestyles and begin writing advertising jingles. Danny becomes the host of a popular talk show with Rebecca (Lori Loughlin), who eventually becomes Jesse’s wife and the mother of their twin sons, Alexander and Nicholas (Blake & Dylan Tuomy-Wilhoit).

There were many other regular characters on the show such as: Kimmy Gibler (Andrea Barber) who was D.J.’s best friend and Stephanie’s material for her jokes, Vicki Larson (Gail Edwards), Danny’s girlfriend, Steve (Scott Weinger), D.J.’s boyfriend, Gia (Marla Sokoloff), Stephanie’s best friend, and Michelle’s friends Teddy (Taj Mowry) and Denise Frazier (Jurnee Smollett).

Additionally, a number of celebrities made guest appearances on Full House including: Jaleel White (as Steve Urkel from "Family Matters"), Ed McMahon, The Beach Boys, Wayne Newton, Vanna White, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Kirk Cameron, Mickey Rooney, Phyllis Diller, Mark Linn-Baker, Scott Baio and Suzanne Somers.

It means that they cut out scenes or lines/words from the show because of either content or to fit in more commercials.

If it comes on Nick at Nite in 2 months, don't skip these episodes. Try these episodes all in episode order and I need a full ABC opening theme music, not the syndicated opening theme music. The syndicated opening one is annoying.

N@N may show it too much, but "do not" diss THE COSBY SHOW! The writing and acting on that show is 100x better than 99% of the sitcoms in production today.

It's a "smart" sitcom, something sorely missing from the majority of shows today.

Joey does that in the original "Star Search" in episode #50 is definitely a classic before Arsenio Hall joins the show 14 years later. I have that since I taped off TBS last year. The beginning was missing. I going to re-tape it soon. I like to look forward into episode #100 in "Happy Birthday Babies" that in the marathon that WB11 usually ran back in June, it was the first part of the two-part episode. What happened to part II? Nick at Nite will have to wait and see what happens if I can record a classic episode of the two-part story. I have the episode that took place in Disney World was a great classic. The two-part finale was a great one. The episode "You Pet It, You Bought It" was a great episode that I made up as a tribute to John Ritter. Perfect! I'm hoping that I will be watching in almost 2 weeks. Don't forget to tune in!

The following is very tough for me to say:
Rest in Peace, John Ritter.
You were and always will be the best and nicest person to ever have lived on the face of this earth. I'll miss you to death.

why are they skipping so many episodes

Because it's a MARATHON. They did it with Roseanne too. They will show all the episodes in order in it's normal slot, 9pm ET starting October 12th.

really? cool beans ;). Also wanna let everyone know THEY ARE playing FULL episodes, as far as I know since I did see every ORIGINAL airing of them and have not, to my knowledge, seen a skipped scene. Though, I could be wrong :/. I just don't see how they can skip scenes on a 20min show (deleting the commericals) ;)

See in the marathon they wanted to start from the beginning and go to the end but they only had 24 episodes to do it with, so they just had to show some of the best.
