I'm with you Rollergirl. Someone said earlier on another post I read that this thread/subject/title was already taken a while back and people should remember some of us are newbies and all!

I buy the kind without the shells. The ones with shells are too much of a hassle.

I suck on the shells for a bit, then I chew and swallow. Same goes for peanut shells. Or maybe not, I forget.
