It's apparent that a lot of Frasier fans were upset about how the "Lilith Needs a Favor" episode ended up. If you could rewrite that ep., how would you have it turn out?

Although I had no real problem with it. This is what I would've done with the entire episode:

In order to fufill Lilith's otherwise stale life, she turns to Frasier looking for his sperm in order to make a baby. At first, Frasier says no, but after a candlelight dinner, the two fall madly in love with eachother, and decide to go ahead with it. They also have plans to remarry. However, Niles and Martin have a plan to break them apart, so that Frasier does not do this. As Frasier and Lilith are at the sperm bank, Martin and Niles come sneaking in and telling Frasier to stop. Frasier denies and still wants to have the baby. However, Martin gives Frasier a father to son talk about the effects of this situation, and how he shouldn't do it. Frasier decides not to do it. Lilith is upset, but leaves. But when Frasier, Niles, and Martin come back to the aparment, they find Lilith handcuffed to the bathroom door. She will not leave until Frasier gives his sperm. The episode would be To Be Continued...

Idealistically, I'd have had them have the baby and get remarried and live happily ever after. However, since I know this wouldn't happen, I think I'd have had Frasier and Lilith decide not to do the sperm donation thing, but they would have slept together before Lilith went back to Boston. A few months would go by, Frasier could get a new girlfriend, then Lilith could show up and tell Frasier that she's pregnant with his child in the season finale.

Or really, anything without that awful scene at the end.

In the future, they should say that Lilith and that man on the airplane got married, and moved to Alaska to live in an igloo. Unfortunely, the relationship doesn't work, and Lilith comes crawling back to Frasier for help. And when Lilith comes back, she's pregnant. What would Frasier do?
