If you go to http://www.imdb.com and type in the name of the person you want to know it will list all of their guest star roles.

Click All shows top left>then find love boat on all shows list click it>then click cast guid it will give you a list alphabetical order of the guest stars that were on the show click on the stars name it will show you the ep/eps they were in and ep # as well.

Do this. Go to www.imdb.com, type in The Love Boat in the search box. Click go. Click The Love Boat (1977). Click "Guest Appearances" along the left. There you go. :)

If you're seriously looking for each and every episode of The Love Boat on either VHS or DVD, write a letter to CBS Paramount to inquire-they're responsible for the show's property.
