Okay I was just curious to find out what your silliest fears would be Like Mine well I'm TERRIFIED (and I mean absolutely TERRIFIED) of Water I mean not sink or tap water or anything like that but like Ocean or river or any other body of water it mainly stems from the fact that I never learned how to swim so that would be what I would consider my silliest Fear

Ms crabtree from south park. Not cuz shes weird or nething but i'm literally scared of herfor some reason...she just looks freaky. im gonna empty my recycle bin after i post this.

I'm afraid of being kidnapped or tortured or killed or something. I don't want to ever know how it feels to know that your life is at the mercy of another person.

I'm also afraid of flying and drowning.

wow....ok ihave like 3423463462354234 fears....but i have to say my weirdest one is stalkers....and yeah i think im going to see the one from "The Roman Spring of Mrs. Stone" everywhere i go sometimes....i have too much paranoia....

and also dolls, puppets ect....i dont like them.

I'm not scared of them per se, but I have a bit of a phobia about pregnant women.

I have a fear of elevators, i'm afraid they'll close on me or not open

It's not a fear, but it stemmed from a fear, I have an intense hatred of cats. Any type of cat, no matter how cute. I won't hurt it or anything, I just...hate them. I had a temper tantrum during the Aristocats.

Clowns.

I'm also highly claustrophobic

Roaches, electronics, my closet door being open at night. Electronics freak me out :eek:

i'm scared of water too, but only water where you can't see the bottom. gives me the creeps....you don't know what might be down there man *shivers*

also, i'm scared of windows at night cause you can't see out, they are like mirrors, all you can see is you. but you never know who might be looking in *shivers again*

I'm afraid of loud noises, being on an overcrowded bus, Thunderstorms, Tornadoes, blackouts. Clowns freak me out too.

My silliest fears:
1. Used to be afraid of Kermit from Sesame Street,

2. The radiator in the bathroom: We used to rent a big farmhouse in New Hampshire in the summer and for some odd reason I was afraid that the radiator in the upstairs bathroom would detach itself from the wall everynight and come after me.

I'm scared of dogs. I can be around them and, for the most part, can handle when the little ones jump up on your leg, but if I'm sitting on a couch or a bed and they jump on, I jump off. I also do not like big dogs at all. I can be inside of a car and see one and freak out.

Oh yeah...writing a fan letter. Makes me want to hyperventilate.

You're not alone. I can't stand cats either. I'd never harm a cat or refuse to visit someone who has one, but I just plain can NOT stand them! Dogs are so much better, IMO.

I agree with you. I'm afraid of that and just basically dying. I don't know what it is about death I guess 'cause feeling my last breath frightens the crap out of me. :eek:

Haha, me too! The first movie I ever saw was American Tail and I felt so bad for the poor mice! So I was convinced that all cats were evil things that were the spawn of Cossacks (or Casack's as my 7 yr old mouth pronounced it).

Yeah I KNOW totally Plus I dont know how to swim so I'd drown I went on this cruise once in Hawaii and I kept asking the captain how safe it was and what thier procedures were in case of an emergency they must have thought I was NUTS I was just thinking "I AM NOT GOING DOWN WITH THIS SHIP!"

Needles. The reason why is because when I was really little a nurse wanted to draw blood and they had to hold me down and take my blood that way. I cried and screamed the whole time.

Driving over a bridge, falling off, and not being able to get out of your car. Its never happened, its one of those things Im deathly afraid if it DID happen.
Water. I hate going underneath.. people think its funny and they wanna push me in. Trust me, if they pushed me on, I would NOT be laughing.
Fire. Meangya, you shouldve seen me lastnite trying to strike a match for the first time. No, 2nd time. First time I used tongs to keep the distance, but lastnite I held the stick. OMG, when it lit I freaked out and dropped it and it went out. Meangya.
I think my "silliest" one though, that everyone seems to get a kick out of it moths. You have no idea how much I am afraid of them. If Im inside and I look out the window and see them all outside by the light on the door.. I freak out. I dont even take my dog out @ night during the summer because of the moths. Yah, its that bad LOl.

o0o.. Im with WD40 on this one. CATS!! Like she said, I dont hate them.. they can be cute.. but yah, keep them away from me. For some reason they all seem to like me and want to get all over me.. I hate it.

Im also extremely paranoid, and if Im ever in a restaurant or something, I have to choose which side Im on in order to feel comfortable. If not, I dont enjoy my meal and I get self concious and freak out. Ugh, I hate it.

Have you ever seen 'Killer Clowns from Outer Space?' This movie is scary as hell! :eek: My brother recently got the dvd, but I remember him watching it when I was little. The theme still scares the crap out of me.

I think why I have such a big fear of cockroaches is because of a movie. It isn't Joe's Apartment, but I remember seeing this movie when I was a kid. I can't remember the name of it, can't remember who was in it. I remember this one scene with this cabinet thing and someone opened it or something and all these roaches started coming out of the cabinet. To think a movie screwed me up. Geez.

Don't even ask me how I got my fan letter phobia. I guess I fear sounding like a major dork. Idk. lol Finally about to conquer this one.

Ooh, whoever mentioned fire that's another one I'm scared of. I'm just scared the house will burn down. I swear I have some very depressing thoughts about everything. Light one candle and I'll freak out because I think the thing is gonna turn over and catch the whole house on fire.

That sounds familiar. I've never seen any movies like that, but I used to read Fangoria magazine (for Halloween, Nightmare On Elm Street, etc.) and remember seeing a photo of this girl with cockroaches all over her face looking over a table or something. Remember any scenes like that?

Ok, Ill explain LOl.

The driving off the bridge one, etc.: Water. I dont like water, so being trapped in a car under water... BAD.
Water: I dont like the feeling of being trapped. I like swimming, but I will not put my head underneath. I feel as if I cant breathe.
Fire: Dunno.. I just hate it. Im afraid Ill catch on fire.
Moths: I hate things that fly around me and moths are the ugliest ones. Yes, Im also freaked out my dragonflies, butterflies, and other bugs that fly (except bees and hornets), but moths are ugly and just freak me out.
Clowns: IT
Cats: Im afraid of being scratched or bitten-- which I have before. For me, I cannot trust them- no matter how well I know them. Theyre the oppposites of dogs IMO.

As for the whole paranoia thing-- Im just really self concious and always feel like someones watching me. I hate the feeling of people being able to see me, but Im facing the other way so I cant see them. It freaks me out like you wouldnt even know.

Ugh- when you explain all of those things, it makes me look like I have major issues!!! LOl.

I can't remember a scene with a little girl with roaches all of her face. I only remember the cabinet scene.

My friend has a fear of bananas, actually all fruit. We could put the fruit in her face and she would lean away from it. :lol: And, I have a fear of maple bugs. For some reason they just freak me out. I'll see one and just scream in fright. My mom always looks at me like I'm weird or something.

I absolutely hate Heights. Yet, I worked in high rise construction for a couple of years so whatever.
