Hears some things to think about the Gilligan's Island show:
If they were only going on a 3 hour tour:
why did Mr. and Mrs. Howel bring so much money?
why would they all bring there Nighty-Nights?
In the episode with the boy and the hot air balloon, who cut the boys hair when gilligan first found him?
Why would Ginger bring so much cloths?

The Howells brought so much money for one simple reason: They're greedy. And Ginger didn't pack any clothes, she made hers from Mrs. Howell's hand-me-downs. And only the Howells brought PJs

Ginger didn't bring more than one dress. She sewed here clothes from cloth.

Well Marrianne probably brought so much clothes cause she thought "Well what if I fall in the ocean ten million times? I will have to pack at least 12 pairs of hot pants, 17 halter tops and 80 pairs of socks, hair ribbons, and shoes and don't forget a brush! What If my hair gets all messy?" just kidding. but there's one of my theorys. See silentbri's theory about the howells!

I know some things about their nighty-nights:

Gilligan, Skipper, and The Professor all slept in their clothes. (Although, in "Allergy Time" The Professor had PJs, but I think they were Mr. Howell's)
Mr. & Mrs. Howell were the only ones who brought PJs.
Ginger slept nude with a blanket wrapped around her.
Mary Ann slept in one of The Professor's shirts.
