Hi, Everyone.
Actually, I don't smoke. I just need to vent to people who 'get it'.
I found a website that has a collection of classic tv commercials for sale. Naturally, my mind went to the Kent spots done by the DVDS cast. They've got it! Here's the website's copy:

THE KENT CIGARETTE COLLECTION (approx. 30 min.)

"We've uncovered a nice cross-section of Fifties and early Sixties Kent sponsorships of the hit TV series THE DICK VAN DYKE SHOW. They highlight the show's cast members doing bits in their offices as well as at Dick's home. The Collection also includes spots of Jackie Coogan, the star of HENNESSY, who sold Kent by the carton, and, in another spot, a then-unknown actor (Bill Bixby) riding a bike. C1515"

I called the number to order, but they don't sell to indivduals, only companies! Laura wore a stunning, tight dress in the livingroom spot. I've just got to see her once more in it! Aaaaarghhhh!
Thanks for 'listening'.

Steve

I remember seeing a DVD commercial for Kent on the Inside TVLand special for TDVDS and also the special titled "Taboo TV". The one on TDVDS special was of Rob, Sally, and Buddy in the office and the one on "Taboo TV" was of Rob and Laura in the living room.

Well, I got my Kent!
On St. Valentine's Day, my girlfriend surprised me with a VHS copy of all of commercials for Kent, including the ones done by the cast of TDVDS! I didn't know there were so many. Some were just "spots," while others were full 30-45 second commercials.
There was about 5 and a half minutes of TDVDS material in all, and much of the cast participated.
She told me where she got the tape so I could pass it on to you. The website is MoviesUnlimited.com, and the tape isThe Kent Cigarette Collection (http://www.moviesunlimited.com/musite/default_ie.asp?mscssid=JHC5SBMXAKC49HR9N9NEBD4LJ8FMAX6F)
