Martin Spanjers (Rory) has been a backup actor on three shows now, and every time he's been the funniest character (well, maybe second or third funniest in Daddio, but bweh).

Who thinks he deserves his own vehicle? Or one where he gets a major part every episode, at least?

My ratings of his performances:

Two Of A Kind (Brian): 7/10. Intelligent performances, beat a sometimes poor script with sheer face humour.

Daddio (Max): 8/10. "Vote for Shannon's brother!" A very good show overall. Michael Chiklis said Martin was a great colleague. The show was good, disappointed it got cancelled, but it proved Spanner could act serious lines.

8 Simple Rules (Rory): Varies. from 4/10 to 9/10. The script doesn't always support him. ("Rory's Got A Girlfriend", with Hallee Hirsh, gave him screen time, but that's one out of many episodes. Hallee was very good in it also.)

I thought that his work in the first few episodes was hilarious...but he's been reduced to like a little cameo role. You are right though...he does have talent. This show won't be a contender at the emmys, but will sweep the Young Artists Awards.
