I just saw Brett's post on the genral Sitcoms board that Robert Rockwell has died, he appeared in quite a few DS episodes as Tom Bishop, Drummond's lawyer.

That's two DS actors died in a week.

Does anyone know how Robert Rockwell Passed Away
Rest in Pace Robert Rockwell A.K.A. Tom Bishop you will be missed.

That's too bad. I don't really remember him other than on DS, but I always enjoyed him as the Drummond lawyer. I unfortunately have had to say this too much lately, but I hope you Rest In Peace Robert.
