View Full Version : We miss you, Janice!
highloon 01-26-2003, 09:07 PM Hey Janice,
'Haven't seen a post from you, recently. 'Just wanted to say hi and find out if you've seen any episodes that you've particularly enjoyed in the past week or so. The messageboard just isn't the same without you!:(
Janice 01-28-2003, 07:17 PM Thanks highloon. I'm very flattered. I have been neglecting the Coach board these days. Well I'm back. Now I just have to think of a topic or two to post. ;)
Sorry I'm not participating in the game, but I'm not too good with the show's dialogue.
highloon 01-29-2003, 11:36 PM Hello there! I hope that all is well, Janice. I'm sorry about the Coach game. I had a hunch it might be a bit exclusive, which is why I said it was potentially silly. I think Big Coach Fan is the real expert, here, although I did stump him with "shriner."
Anyway, did you happen to watch the mini-marathon on Nick last Sunday? My wife and I did. That's right, we finally got cable! Elvis has been going very well, lately, so we can afford it now.
Well, I look forward to seeing you post some new topics, soon. You always pick great stuff to talk about. Bye for now!
Janice 02-01-2003, 02:39 PM That's great that Elvis is working out for you. Good for you! Can you post your Elvis photo here?
I didn't watch the marathon. I knew it was going to jump to a few Orlando episodes, and I want to see the show in its normal sequence.
That's great you have cable now. Do you plan on watching it on Nick@Nite every night at 11?
If so, perhaps we can start a discussion thread to discuss the episodes.
I tape it every night and watch it the next day.
highloon 02-01-2003, 04:04 PM Janice, I must admit that I'm ignorant when it comes to computers and I'm not quite sure about how to attach a picture along with my posts, but I hope that I did it right. Thanks for your interest in my profession.
Regarding Nick, I'll be honest and say that I don't watch it every night, particularly right now when they're showing eps from the seasons that I have taped, already. All the editing they do makes me cranky. HOWEVER, I would be very happy to discuss them with you, here at the message board, because it's always fun to do. So please go ahead and post your daily thoughts about the eps and we'll discuss them together, along with whoever else may have something to contribute. How does that sound?
PS. Apparently the picture is HUGE! How do I make it smaller, so as not to take up so much room here?
Janice 02-02-2003, 12:32 PM You hounddog you! lol. Nice photo. That's a great likeness of Elvis, not the overblown, insulting cartoonish ones that are everywhere. Love that guitar. Luther would be proud. ;)
I'l sorry, but I can't help you with the sizing of the photo though. I'm not good with that sort of stuff, but it looks fine. I just maximized my screen.
As for the 11pm episodes, I'm told that they are edited like crazy, but this gal can't be fussy. This might be a good time for you to keep an eye out for episodes that you haven't seen.
Thanks for sharing that great pic highloon! :)
highloon 02-08-2003, 03:02 PM Hey Janice, I've been wanting to respond to your last post for a couple of days, but last Wednesday, a garbage truck drove over our septic tank and forced a thousand gallons of raw sewage into our apartment. My wife was uh, part of the tragedy and was, was almost swept away. Fortunately, she was able to...uh, grab hold of the drapes and uh, pull herself out. Sh-she almost died but uh, she's uh, showered off, now.
Anyway, enough silliness. Thanks for your positive comments about the pic. Hopefully the casting agent up in Biloxi will agree with you and hire me for a three-month run at their showroom. I was just informed that they're interested in me. We'll see what happens.
Keep posting and talk to ya, soon!
