What is your all-time favorite episode of Gilligan's Island and why?

The One where they almost get off the Island... But Gilligan messes it up

i like that episode too, but i hate the professor, i just like it when ginger kisses the professor, by the way her name was erika- tiffany smith

I think the 2 that stand out in my mind are

1) "Sorry you have the Worng Number" you would think Ginger would call her Agent she was always asking someone to call him or Mary Ann could have called her mother and let the family know she was alright and Mr Howell could have called his stockbroker.
if they did that episode today I would love to see the professor make a cell phone with coconuts

and the other I can not remember the name but it's the one in which Phil Slivers and the castaways did the hamlet musical I LOVED the Music they used for it !

The episode with the monkey and the plastic explosives. Just typing it right now makes me really appreciate the comedy gold that was at work there!

I like "And There Was One" and "The Postman Cometh".
I thought it was funny in gilligan's dream that on the news paper it said:
THE GILLIGAN WE ALL KNOW AND LOVE!
COULD'T YOU JUST KISS HIM?
Now i like Gilligan but i have no sence of urge to kiss him!
I also loved it when Gilligan was trying to romance Maryanne dressed as Charles Boyae.

I just want them together because The pro's to worried about science and Skipper's too old for her. And they look kinda cute together.

I'm also building a Christian website.

G-Rated it shall be... written in television-script format. By the time I'm done with this, it could be an episode of the show!

I agree, it should definitely be G-Rated. That was part of the charm of the show.

My fav episode is the one where they all read each others minds! But I didn't know prof likes ginger, I thought he liked mary ann!

I have so many that I like it is hard to decide. But I really liked the one where they find those radioactive seeds and the one where the Howells have a party and Skippers invite gets lost!

Yeah, I saw that episode last nigth witht he grenades and the gorilla... that one is good, but not the one I'm talking about (I think I confused 2 different episodes in my mind). The episode I had in mind was the one where Gilligan finds a crate of a clay-like substance, and they make all sorts of plates and stuff out of it. But then they find out that it's actualy plastic explosives, and a monkey gets hold of some plates and is throwing them off the roof of one of the huts!

Actually, now that I think of it, any episode with Monkeys and/or gorillas is pure comedy gold http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/smile.gif

My favorite episode has got to be The Second Ginger Grant. Mary Ann is my favorite character (oviously), and even though she's out of character for most of the episode, I like how it's mostly centered around her. This was a really good episode for Dawn Wells, since she really didn't have a big part in the series.

I liked the second ginger grant too but I have no idea why any one would want to be like ginger

I liked the episode with the mars probe and the people in cape Kennedy thought that it landed on mars but it landed on gilligans Island and the lens broke so they blued it together and it exploded and they all looked like chicken people

I like the episode where the skipper hits gilligan on the head and gilligans mouth is a radio!

"Allergy Time," "The Postman Cometh," "The Second Ginger Grant," and "Voodoo."
Those are the four episodes I could watch over and over again and never get sick of them. Kinda like "I Do, I do," and "Playing the Roxy" of Laverne and Shirley. I'll never get sick of them!

My favorite episode *has* to be "The Matchmaker." Okay, so only the 1st half. lol. As you can probably tell I think that Gilligan and Mary Ann would be so cute together! hehehe.

Any of the ones where Ginger gets bound...three that I can think of off hand...the evil doctor wants to do brain transfers, and Ginger is chained to the rack...an early one where Gilligan wants to be a hero, and the other castaways try to help...and one of the many headhunter scares.

I liked the one where the Russian cosmonauts land on the island.I especialy liked Igor's infatuation with Ginger.It was sooo seductive when she greeted Igor that night in front of the capsule and said,"I'm going for a little stroll...and a moonlight swim!"MMMMMM,what a sight that could be.Gorgeous Ginger in her swimsuit diving off a rock and swimming in the lagoon in the moonlight.
