I was lucky 13 out of 395.

Last year I was 32 out of 429, I don't know what I am this year

I dunno what I was senior year. Sophomore year though I was like, 120something or whatever out of 364- I was smack dab in the middle. Oh well, I was never a high achiever.

Um, I can't remember exact #'s. I think I was in the middle. Yep, I was def. mostly a C student. I had a few A's and B's in high school, but for the most part the 70 was my aim. If you got a 70 or above, you got a credit. I was happy with my 70s. lol

Guidance office. Ask one of the secretaries for your rank.

These ranks don't determine who is the most intellegent. In High School I got abysmal grades because I didn't do ANY homework. When it came to tests I was always up there with the best of them. The education system is a joke, they reward you for doing more homework, not for having more knowledge!

That's how I am in college. As long as I pass and don't have to take the class again, I don't care what the hell the grade is.

Grades are pretty much a crock. Sometimes kids just can't take tests...so they fail. Does that mean they're dumb? No, but the grade makes it look that way. I think as long as they try, they shouldn't be judged by some dumb letter. Or a bad teacher.

Yes, a lot of people are bad test takers, but in the public school system it doesn't particularly matter if you do well on tests or not. You are rewarded for doing more homework. It's sickening to think that there are a lot of smart people out there, that could be making something of their life, but where screwed over by the grading system.

I don't agree with the whole class rank and percentage thing... especially if you go to a small school. I had a 93.5 cumulative number average and a 3.67 GPA, yet I was still only 21 of 38... not even in the top 50% of my class... so yeah, that doesn't sound too well when applying to college.

Ya exactly.....lotta kids in my school are smart, they just don't care and don't do their homework, and fail.

But yeah I'm like third out of 300 something....

What class was it you had to take? Would you recieve credit for it if you could take it at a community college?

I don't even know what my ranking is this year..Last year I was like 5th out of, well, I don't even know how many people are in my grade. It's a small school (looks at yearbook) ok, I was 5 out of 115 give or take a few.

Well, I'm in college now, and I sure as heck don't know what I am ranked out of about 3000 freshmen, but in high school I was ranked 6 out of 111 (small school:)) I graduated with honors. It was fun because all of honor grads (10 in all) sat on the stage and graduated before everyone else.

115? 111? Small school? lol... trying graduating with 38!
