nah i like macgyver alone.. i wasnt one of the people who wrote telling them that i want him alone and to get rid of her... wish i was.. did you like nikki? were you one of the fans who wrote in? :) i wonder how many letters they got and what did the woman say? hmmm..

Just putting a word in here. Out of all the women that were on MacGyver I liked Nikki Carpenter the best, to tell you the truth I couldn't stand Penny Parker I guess it was because toward the end of the series Teri Hatcher was living with RDA - take count that I had just started high school then. Still to this day I don't like Penny Parker but I liked Hatcher in Lois and Clarke.

I really think that if Nikki lasted longer on the show or even the whole run her and MacGyver should have not got together at all but just have that sexual tension between the two. I really couldn't see MacGyver with one women and in a relationship. Nikki and MacGyver were nothing a like but they both didn't have lives outside their work too, but them two together would have killed the show. Anyway Elyssa Davalos (Nikki) had two roles, she also was MacGyver's "Lost Love" the one MacGyver was going to marry but she disapeared and Mac thought she was dead.

What I didn't like was how nothing was explained about where she had gone, Over a year later MacGyver mentions her to Jack Dalton, but thats about it.

RDA didn't like the idea of MacGyver been in a relationship, he said he thought MacGyver wasn't ready for it just then, but Nikki brought a female touch to the show.

I'm in the process of putting a page up for the actress since there isn't much about her on the net. Got any information on her please tell, anything will be fine, All I have on her is about her two roles on MacGyver and her role on Knight Rider, I have no personal information about her, so if you have any please tell.
