Officer (Sgt.?) Kogan, physically, only showed up during the first season, but was always mentioned throughout the entire series. Anyone remember more?

Oh! And add the hospital to which they took Guardino, and the inside of the squad's bathroom to the list of places that got shown other than the squad room.
