Someone told me that Bob Denver won't have anything to do with Tina Louise because when he was trying to take a nap in his trailer, she was having loud sex with Sherwood Schwartz or Russell Johnson in her trailer. I've heard that it was one or the other, or both.

Actually, what I think happened is that they were both in their dressing rooms between takes, and Bob was eating lunch and he heard Tina doing the bad thing was someone. I think he was more amused than anything, Tina is mad at him because he put that in his book.
