Alright I dunno if this is old news or not, but have you guys heard about the lady who faked her daughter's lukemia? Her daughter is like 7. She took gave her sleeping pills and told her that she was getting treatments while she slept. She shaved her head. She made a lil "port" where she said the chemo was going. She took her to a counselor and stuff for emotional help or whatever. Then people started giving her all this money for "medical expenses." The stupid lady did it all for the money. She eventually got caught but i dunno whats gonna happen to her.

I think thats so sad. Some people...good god.

That is soooo greedy. Money really is the root of all evil. That is not something to pretend about. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THAT WOMAN????

Yeah i heard about it on the Today show. they interviewed the fatehr and eh said he had no idea his wife was faking it. I kinda find that ahrd to belive. i mean this went on for 9 months and he never once went to "the doctors appointment" or anythign with ehr. He doesn't seem very involved. I think the mother is a selfish arrogant greedy... er so many other words to describe her. poor kid has no hair now.

That is so sad. Poor kid. I think the father should have a lawsuit put against the mother for what she did to that kid. Even though he wasn't involved in the taking his kid to the doctor appointments, he's probably devastated that his wife would do such a thing to their child. I guess that just goes to show ya, you can't trust anyone in this world. Not even a spouse. I feel especially sorry for the kid. The poor 7 year old probably didn't know what the hell was going on. :(
