What happpened to Tina lousise (ginger) in "Rescue from Gilligan's Island". Why wasn't she in the movie? And what did she do after "Gilligan's Island" and what is she doing now?

She wanted nothing to do with the role of "Ginger", and wanted to move on with the rest of her life. That's what she says at least. Sherwood seems to think that she simply feels she wasn't offered enough money to come back.
