Has anybody read it? I'm in the middle of reading it. I started reading it a long time ago, but, it was too thick, so I just read some of it. And, recently, I've been wanting to read it again, so I am. And, am wondering who else has read it.

I own a copy. I think most of Mary's fans do. It's a great book. I learned some stuff about her that I didn't know before. I'll never forget how shocked I was when I read that she and Betty White are close friends. I guess I had always assumed their relationship was more like Mary Richards' and Sue Ann's!
And BTW, Mama Fan, I love your avatar of "The Last Show". I get emotional just seeing that pic!

Thanks. I got tired of my Peter Pan avatar and decided to go with something Mary-ish! Tried to get that pic of Mary and her dog, but it wouldn't do. So, I thought this one would work just as well. I found it on Google.

I'm a little late on this thread, but I enjoyed reading Mary's autobiography. Although, I can't believe I missed the error that Kristen pointed out awhile back. I forget what it was now though. Do you remember Kristen?
I've also read a few other biographies about Mary lets see there was Mary Tyler Moore (Great Achievers-Lives of the Physically Challenged) - I actually stole that book from my school library.. okay, so I payed for it when I was a senior, so I did technically purchase it. It was a good book except a few errors like Mary's birthdate was wrong and a few others.
The Real Mary Tyler Moore - I particular enjoyed this book and spent most of my time in 11th grade reading it because I just couldn't put it down. Yet, a couple errors in this book like birthdate-it's been awhile so I don't remember most of the errors exactly.
There have been some good books published about Mary's life, but those darn errors get annoying after awhile because usually everyone makes the same mistakes.
