Buffy duo getting Hitched

it's a match made in Sunnydale as Buffy's witchy sidekick Alyson Hannigan has charmed former " Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and current "Angel" player Alexis Denisof into proposing marriage.

A rep for the actress confirmed Tuesday that Denisof, aka Angel buddy Wesley Wyndham-Pryce popped the question over their holiday hiatus while the twosome were doing the vacation thing in California's wine country.

It will be the first marriage for both.

The couple met on "Buffy" during the 1999-2000 season but didn't become an item right away. Hannigan told E! Online that she had a crush on Denisof "from the moment he showed up on the set." The couple started dating after Denisof moved to the "buffy" spinoff and Hannigan's relationship to Marilyn Manson drummer Ginger Fish dissolved.

Although no nuptial date has been set, Denisof, 36, tells the New York Post that he sees the couple doing the wedding march in the fall, possibly September or October.

I don't like his acting on Angel do you? He seems to tough and a know it all. The writers need to change his character back to the shy type in my opinion.

I am having my friend tape the episodes of Angel that have Faith in it... he just doesn't know it yet lol... And I do get UPN, thank god, I couldn't live without seeing Buffy on Tuesday nights.

Neither could I. I got into this show WAY too much. Did you get Buffy season 3 yet on DVD? Isn't it pretty crappy how Giles picture isn't on any of the disc?

I am getting it on Friday hopefully.. WTF.. his pictures aren't on any discs? I bet that makes him feel good.

My friend pointed out to me today that Angels picture wasn't on any of the discs from season 2. That was mostly his season because of him going evil, he should have had one disc with his picture on it. Instead Spike got it. Also what is Spike doing on a disc from season 3? He wasn't in that season, only 1 episode.

I know you don't know the answers to my questions I was just confused with the pictures on the discs.

They totally screwed up Faiths picture in the season 3 box set. It should have been on the Bad Girls/Consquences disc not the Enemies/Earshot disc in my opinion.

I love Sarah and I know that this is her show but she can't have her face on everything! She needs to stop hogging everything and let the other actors be credited for their work. I hope when they do season 6 on DVD they make the last disc with the back ground dark green and Willow looking like she did with the black eyes and the black hair from the season finale. That would be cool.

I agree Sarah does need to quit hogging everything, but like you said its her show... I also agree with your idea about season 6..

No not yet. I am going to buy it because it has Buffy & Faith in it. I love those episodes from his show with Faith. And Buffy, when you see it you will be sad. Oh I wrote that wrong, sorry Jay. See Buffy had no clue Angel became human and they were together. He wanted her to forget all about that. It was the Thanksgiving crossover they had in 1999.


Here's a better description of the episode:

When Angel tells Cordy and Doyle that he did not contact Buffy during his visit to Sunnydale, Buffy pays a visit and expresses her displeasure. Sparks fly. As they are about to part their separate ways, a medieval demon charges into Angel's office and a violent brawl ensues.

The demon escapes, and Buffy and Angel decide to pursue it separately. When Angel makes contact and kills him, he observes that he has human characteristics. The Powers that Be confirm that Angel is indeed human again. Angel pursues Buffy and they share a passionate night of romance. But the next day, they are confronted by a stronger version of the medieval demon, and Angel is unable to fight in his human form.

After hearing that Buffy would perish if he were to remain human, he begs the Powers That Be to transform him into a vampire so that he can protect her. They do so, and Angel breaks the news to a heartbroken Buffy. However, their blessed reunion will remain only in Angel's memory.
