I've lived here my entire life too. It's all right, but I hate how cold it is right now. Mijada 01-15-2003, 09:13 PM I live in Michigan too. I agree that it is too cold right now though. Have either of you guys ever been to Frankenmuth? I went there last fall and loved it. I hadn't been there in about 5 or 6 yrs and when I went in the fall I couldn't believe all the changes they made. °Bubbly Blonde° 01-15-2003, 09:15 PM I use to live in Detroit for a few years.... ~LadyJess~ 01-16-2003, 12:09 PM Originally posted by Mijada I live in Michigan too. I got a replica of my hand made out of wax and now it's all droopy and everything. *MIBabe03* 01-16-2003, 03:57 PM I used to live in Muskegon, Michigan and then I unfortuantly had to move to Texas when I was nine years old. After I finish college, I would like to move back. Penny Lane 01-16-2003, 04:16 PM Originally posted by Mijada I live in Michigan too. I agree that it is too cold right now though. Yes, it has changed a lot. Did you see the new mall? Bronner's added several hundred square feet to their store too. We only live about a 45 minutes away from there.(Flint area) We just hop on I 75 and go! :) fr00ti 01-16-2003, 05:13 PM I don't live there. I went there on summer vacation once and it was ok. Babes_Cat 01-16-2003, 05:35 PM Sorry, never lived nor visited there. Czas na Zywiec 01-16-2003, 07:03 PM We used to go to Michigan all the time, seeing as how it was just a short drive from Chicago. ;) We went to Grand Beach almost every summer when I was in elementary school. Anyone know where that is? Anyone know where that is? No, I have never heard of it. Is it on the west side of the state?( Lake Michigan?) I am much more familiar with the Northern Lake Huron beaches:) JDS84 01-16-2003, 08:15 PM My Aunt Mary used to live in Michigan then she came back to Kentucky. So yes, I guess I would be on the west side. ;) sara 01-17-2003, 12:58 AM I live in Michigan, it's great except for the snow. I've been bugging my mom for years to plan a trip to Frankenmuth. Grandville, where I live is great. A few years ago they built a huge mall, I think its one of the biggest in Michigan. But Grandville still has a small town feet to it. I used to live in Coopersville, is anyone from there? Jo_Polniaczek 01-17-2003, 11:38 PM Originally posted by Mijada I live in Michigan too. I agree that it is too cold right now though. I live in Harbor Beach, which is around 20 minutes away from Frankenmuth (That's if you are talking about the one in Bad Axe. That's the only one I know of.) so it seems kind of weird hearing you talk about Frankenmuth being some kind of "big trip". I've been there plenty of times. Ugh.. I'm not a very big fan of Michigan, I'll just leave it at that. It's pretty boring here. Mijada 01-18-2003, 03:00 PM We were talking about the Frankenmuth between Saginaw and Flint. Frankenmuth is the name of the town. Bad Axe is east of there I believe. Anyways I love it. I could spend all day in Bronners alone. |
