My 'paint' on my computer is effed up. Is there anywhere you can re-download it? Help!!!

I can't save files as jpeg anymore. :( I recently downloaded a bmp/jpeg converter though, so it's all good, lol... Anyways, did your computer come with an installatiion CD for paint?
