This morning I took my daughter to school. I forgot my sunglasses. (That was a bad move I did) because I got wallopped in the eyes from the sunlight while I was driving. I was going to make a left turn and I could not see. Something told me not to and I didn't....... and a HUGE truck drove past me.... Whew.....

Anyway, I took my girl to school. Then I headed home and again the sun was on my eyes. I slowed my car down and I noticed up ahead a couple of cars. When I looked there was a big accident. A car was smashed in the front and the driver looked out of it. Obviously they had a problem with the sunlight too. I couldn't stop my car because there were cars behind me. When I got home I felt bad for that person. Someone went to aid her but, I felt bad anyway. While taking off my contac lenses one of them flew (I don't know where it landed) I searched & searched but to no avail. Now I have to wear my glasses until I get a new pair of lenses.

Sorry folks I'm just venting...................

Don't be mad at yourself, be thankful. After all, you could have turned right into that huge truck. You didn't. And, had you remembered your sunglasses, you would have driven a little faster, and could have been involved in the accident that you saw. Instead, you had to drive slower, and were there too late to be involved. So, all in all, your forgetting your sunglasses was probably a blessing in disguise.;)

Whoa, bad day. But be thankful all you lost was a contact instead of a life. :)

I agree. Couldn't have worded it better myself.

Sunglare is the absolute worse thing to have while driving. I'm sorry about your day though.
