Is Henry Winkler's voice exactly the same as how his character was? I have never seen him anywhere else but on HD... Can anyone describe his voice?

No, not at all. I know in at least episode 1 he used is regular voice, which is higher. He was on a radio show a while back and said people ask him the question about his voice all the time.

When Henry was on The Wayne Brady Show he was talking normal until Wayne asked him a question about HD or Fonzie and then, boom, Henry became Fonzie in a snap. I loved it.
