You need some type of writer/burner that hooks up to your TV and your computer, I'm not that sure though.

I can do that. My digital camera I bought came with some cables that I hooked up to the back of the VCR. However, I don't think most digital cameras come with the wires.

I think you use Video Capture Cards... not Positive...
