Guys,

I have a question about "What Goes Up?" (Bobby's fear of heights episode.) There are two documented bloopers in this episode:

Carol says, "Hey, go get em Chris,!" when Peter is jumping on the trampoline.

And Greg turns to Jan and says, "Why don't you give it a try Eve?" You can hear Carol's mistake pretty clearly, although it seems to be very fast and you have to listen closely. (Maybe it was more clear on the original versions)

However, I have yet to hear Greg say to Jan, "Why don't you give it a try Eve?" and I have seen this episode so many times looking for that blooper! Who is on the trampoline at the time he says that? Is it before, or after Carol's "Hey, go get em Chris!" mistake?

Growing up Brady says, "Why don't you give it a try Eve?" is the only name mistake that got on the air, but there are a few others! Carol's mistake in this episode is easier to hear!

Hmm... weird, I can hear that part just fine. I missed it today, so I dont remember @ what time he said it. Next time, turn the volume WAAAAY up.

Greg says it a couple minutes after Carol's "Hey, go get 'em Chris!"

There are several peole talking at the same time, so you really have to listen. Like someone said earlier, maybe turn up your TV loud just for that part.

He definitely said, "Why don't you give it a try, Eve," because I used my TV's subtitles!

But my subtitles don't work on the other episode I'm confused about, Sam and his package of "pink panties!"

Yup, it's definitely in there all right...

However, I agree that you should tape the episode next time it's on, and listen closely to the tape...there is a lot of "chattering" in that scene as the different kids take their turns on the trampoline, so you have to listen closely...

I think that Carol's "Hey, go get 'em Chris" takes place in the beginning of the scene, but Greg's calling Jan "Eve" is a little harder to hear....just listen for Greg's voice, and you'll hear it... if it helps, I think that he says it during a "long" shot (i.e. the camera is showing the whole family around the trampoline, rather than a close up of any individuals), so listen for it during that camera view...

Right after Cindy does her trick jumps Greg says "why don't you give it a try Eve?" and then the response "Well when everyone else has a turn"

The odd thing is that when Peter is on the trampoline I hear carol saying "go get 'em Greg", I've listened to that segment repeatedly, and I don't see how anyone gets "Chris" out of it. Interestingly enough, the closed captions have her saying "Greg" as well, even though it is obviously Peter on the trampoline.

THE BRADY BUNCH is just one of those shows that you've seen every episode of more than once. Or you at least remember the plotlines. Now that I have the DVDs (seasons one to three so far), I'm noticing things I've never seen before. Whenever I saw the "What Goes Up..." trampoline scene on Nick at Nite or TVLand, I never noticed the flubs. But for some odd reason when I watched the episode on disc I noticed both of them. There are a few bloopers that made it into the final cuts of episodes. (Alot of stutters especially)
