Hmmmm.....I could be wrong. But, wasn't that ep. #221? This is the ep., I think, where Howard was losing business and would have to close the doors to Cunningham Hardware. I remember the family was so worried over it. There was a great Kodak moment shared between Fonzie and Joanie where Joanie is sitting on Fonzie's lap, crying into his jacket because she's so worried about her Dad. Then Fonzie goes into superhero-mode and vows to come up with a solution to the problem. I THINK I have this ep. on tape, but it's been a while since I watched it and my memory is kinda fuzzy.
