I keep running into people who think I'm 17 (I'm 23). Not that I'm complaining.

Anyone else here get people thinking they look younger than they are?

When I was 13, someone thought I was 15. I dunno... I think some think Im like a year older. I didnt get my liscense until I was 18, and when I was 17 and went to movies..they never carded me.

Being called 17 when you're 23 might not be a bad thing. You'll enjoy being called younger when you get older. ;)

oh my god people think im in middle school and im a junior in high school. its like come on people. WAKE UP! IM 16 NOT 13!!!!!:mad:

I'm 23, but I look like I'm 18 or 19. At least I don't get carded for lotto anymore.

The last time I got carded at a bar I gave the bouncer a hug!

I am told that I'm about 14.....They say I act like a 14 year old....

Last summer when I was delivering flyers someone said I looked 14. I'm 17. I can see if they judged my age by my height since the average height in one of my classes was 5'6 and I'm only 5'4. I really felt short when the sheet came around for grad pictures and you have to write your height on it. I looked at the height for the girls and saw that it was mostly 5'6 and 5'7. As I wrote down 5'4, I thought, God, am I ever short. :D One good thing is I can get in cheaper in movie theaters. One time, my dad and I went to a movie and my dad told the person I was 15 so we could pay less, but of course, I always tell the truth about how old I really am. I never lie about my age. :D

I get this all the time. People think I'm much younger than I am. I think it's because I dress younger. My parents & siblings "All look younger" too. So I think it's in the genes. :D

Yes, I get that sometimes. Before my last birthday, a classmate of mine asked how old I was going to be. When I told her 20, she didn't believe me, because she thought I looked younger. My own friend told me that I don't even look 20.

People always say that I look young for my age. It runs in the family. My Mom looks very youthful too! I'm not complaining!:lol:
People are always asking me if my 32 year old daughter is my sister! We look a lot alike.

No. But today I went to the nurses office cause I had a headache and they didn't believe me when I said I had a headache, cause they didn't think I went to this school. They thought I was in high school. I had to show my I.D! What a bunch of nimrods

It's happened to me a couple of times, but for the most part, I look my age...29.

When I was 17 I snuck into a club using someone else's id and they didn't question me... and this other time I was let into an 18+ club even though the door guy knew I was 17.. for free! I thought that was pretty cool. I never thought I looked older than I was though.

*shakes head* Nope, I always get, "Wow! You're only 14? You look 16."

when i went to dinner for my 17th b-day the waiter asked if i wanted the menu for 13 and under...
a teacher last yr thought i was in middle school.

i always get mistaken for being younger than i am. im 17 and i look about 14..

I look younger than I am. I'm 30 and people think I'm in my late teens or early 20's

People always assume I'm 14 or 15. I'm 17. But then again I look exactly the same as I did then since I stopped growing in 8th grade but come on. Once, someone said I looked 14 and my brother who actually is 14 looked 16. Yeah, that felt good.

People think I look older than I really am...most people said I looked 15 when I was 13.

People actually assume I'm older because of the way I look. I have a goatee and mutton chops. Last year at school, many people thought I was a senior when I was a junior. Ironically, I am a senior but I am going to graduate at 17 years old, which is pretty young for a senior. Someone once came up to me and asked me if I wanted to participate in a contest, assuming I was 21 years of age! She was surprised with what I said.

Evryone thinks im like 13 and im really 15. I look younger for my age. When I was 12, I was mistaken for an 8 year old! But now people dont say that as much so im happy. lol

I am 28, and I still get carded for tobacco products..you tell me...

Yeah, I was 17 when I graduated. I graduated May 24th, and my 18th bday was May 25th.

Um, I think I'm half and half. Some people think I look older than 18, and some think I look younger than 18.

Nope, people think I'm am 15 or 16 and actully today I am exactly 15 1/2.

Yeah all the time. I will be 19 and people think I look 13. It is because I am only 5ft2.
