I heard a profound sermon this morning I want to share it with you........

"Peace" - we are all looking for inner peace. Why do people use drugs and drink? Are they running away from something? - You can have the job you've always wanted. You can strive to achieve your dreams and when they happen are you at peace? You can have the most beautiful house, you can be rich and have anything your heart's desire...... You can have the most beautiful children and lavish them with gifts, but if you don't have "inner peace" you don't have anything. Why would a person with so much.... commit suicide? They just want peace inside themselves.

As I sat and listened to this sermon, my mind raced back to Freddie. In that poignent note he left behind for all his family, friends and fans to remember..........

He wrote.... No-one is to blame. I can't go on. I must end it. I just want peace....... (Something like that)

So you see everyone...... He was suffering inside of himself. It must've been torture for him. I am lucky, I found God because when I speak to God - he shows me the way........ I wish Freddie would've had the relationship I have with God today. Anyway, he has taught us a thousand lessons over and over. It's too bad his life was snuffed out so young. In reality no one can fault "Our dear Freddie"..... He just wanted the Peace that we all have inside of us....

In the bible it says, it is a sin to commit suicide. When you are in trouble you're really suppose to seek God. That's what I've learned. Not everyone agrees with me but, I was taught this and this is what I personally believe.

I've heard it is a sin too but I do believe God will forgive you for it because he can forgive you of your sins. I believe he is in heaven. He just went there way too soon. http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/crying.gif I think God understands he was hurting & no one helped & he may have been messed up. I understand, Freddie... Bless your sweet heart...

Thank-you so much JennyLee for posting this touching sermon. It is very profound and brought me to tears. I hold so many questions as to why and how this action took place. Reading this helps me to better understand.

Everyone here has spoken so beautifully about Freddie. The compassion in your hearts is clear and admirable. You are friends to him. This is what he needed when he was here.

I'm so glad that you all understood what I tried to relate. It is a profound sermon...... The reason why we're here posting in the first place is to show our love for a man who had it all, love, fans, a mother and a father, friends, money, a beautiful child, a wife, a great career, but no inner peace. He was hurting inside. I know I loved him back then, and I always will.

Even "us" parents try to give our children so much (just like Maria did). Sometimes it is not enough..... (sadly) http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/frown.gif.

What "hurt" was Freddie had it all, but he needed to feel good inside him.
