I don;t really like these eps at all. I love the characters but was the package that the show great. That package being the 50's, school, Arnold's etc. The guys and their struggles with the girls. also. Saving a friggin' Dude Ranch? No thanks!

Chachi didn't go because poor Uncle Whoever had enough problems with out having to be worried that his ranch would be burned down... ;)

Okay, obviously I'm not biased to the Happy Days gang taking on different settings outside of humdrum normal Milwaukee... but these episodes didn't have enough to do with the series normally to be taken seriously. Suddenly, everyone knows how to ride a horse, rope a steer, or even walk properly in cowboy boots?

At least, when I pit Joanie up against demons, monsters, and the occult, it doesn't turn out that she knows witchcraft and banishes them to the 7th layer of hell. Come on, people!

...uh, that's sarcasm, folks. They could bring the show back tomorrow and it all could take place on the dude ranch and I'd still watch. And still probably think "Wow, this is the greatest show in the world." :D

I still am wondering why the producers insisted on having a "live" audience. It seems so ridiculous to have that canned laughter when Fonzie is alone talking to a chipmonk!

Also I wish some station would show my favorite part of the episode, the one in which Fonzie, Thunder & Ritchie ride their horses into the sunset. I think ABC is the only place I've seen it. Maybe an upcoming HD special could carry it, along with other "missing scenes."
