How do I make my pictures move like some of you guys'?

I want to know how do you make the marquee or what ever it's called go back and fourth?

I don't know if it's my computer but the picture in your signature isn't working.

Also I think you just put marquee like you do around the text around the picture too to make it move. Don't know I may be wrong.

Ugh, I dont think that was it, but it did make a pretty neat looking marquee. Lol.

I know why your picture isn't working, it's from your computer not the internet. The url picture address has to be from a website on the internet. Do you understand? I hope I'm making sense. :)

okay, i get it. thats why i can see it and you guys cant. sorry for that.
