Does anyone know of anywhere besides freewebs that has no banner/popups? Freewebs is being an a$$hole to me and i need a new one.

Yep, it's being one to me too. *Shoots FreeWebs* I tried out http://www.fairmount.nu , but they have to approve the website first and I dunno if I've been approved yet so I can't say anything about how good their service is. *Shrug*

I'm trying to up load a file and it says:

Non-Premium FreeWebs Users can only have up to 50 files. To upload an unlimited number of files, please upgrade your account to Premium User status by signing up for any service from your Premium Services area.

Yep, I've been getting it too. :( It started around January 1st. They could've at least alerted people that they were changing their service. :(

hmm...this sucks for me too, cant we just make multiple accounts?? i was thinking of buying a premium service, ugh i guess thats what ill have to do, great.

Yea multiple accounts might work...like one for pics and stuff? That 50 files thing, does that include pages or is it just uploaded files?

Yep, it includes pages. The only free solution if you want to stay with them would be to make multiple accounts on their site.

I know I know....I set it so theres popups instead of a banner...not that that's much better...

I just went to fairmount.nu.com, and it doesn't sound very promising. I don't think they're looking for 14 year olds' websites. And they ask why I need a web provider... um... 'cause I'm desparate and can't afford my own domain? Yeah r-right. :lol: Oh well, there's still hope. :D

I use Tripod. Ive had a lil trouble with it, so I had to copy everything onto a new one I made, but other than that, its fine.
