A Star Trek board would rock, considering I am a huge fan of the original and all of its awesome spinoffs.

I would also post on Murder She Wrote, Quincy, Law & Order, CHiPS, Matlock, Diagnosis Murder, Cosby Mysteries boards.

I think that the popularity of both "Star Trek" on "Days of our Lives" on these boards is high enough for them to have their own boards. DOOL, especially.

And this is just an idea but what about having a whole board deadiacated to Aaron Spelling, the most prolific producer in Tv history.

A 100% ditto on the Aaron Spelling board. He has produced SO MANY shows and was highly responsible for ABC's great popularity in the 70s/80s. His shows include "The Mod Squad," "The Rookies," "Charlie's Angels," "The Love Boat," "Vega$," "Fantasy Island," "Hart to Hart," "Dynasty," "The Colbys," "Beverly Hills 90210," and "Melrose Place." There's probably a couple of shows, like the more recent ones, that I've forgotten. Oh yeah he did "TJ Hooker" too.

after viewing all the posts on this thread, i have come to a conclusion. i think that these shows may need to be grouped by genre.
there are tons of shows. instead of each show having it's own topic, why not group most together as a communal type thread.
example: sci-fi. that word varies. but why not a topic for all space shows. of course something major like star trek would need it's own deal. but then so many others may not be worthy and could be grouped together. same with westerns, lawyer, cops, the nightime semisoaps like dawson's creek, smallville, and such could have their own.
i think that this way all shows could have inclusion somewhere.

Jo is my favorite character. She deserved an emmy for her scene today when she gave up her son Austin for adoption. This is sure to make anyone cry! I missed a lot of shows back then so these eps are all new to me. Check it out in the morning on E! and Style. Style is at least one season ahead, however.

Is there a board for 24 ? I didn't see it on the dramas list.

My picks would be Dallas, Melrose Place and most definitly B.J. and the Bear. I would love that and would visit it everyday. Thank you.

It's been renewed for a second season and there's a possibility a season one dvd set will come out soon, so how about a board for the 5 or 6 of us SO members who watch Veronica Mars?

There was an Eyes board before the show got put on hiatus. Seemingly no one posted on it....That, plus, the whole cancellation thing....the board got recycled into another forum

I highly doubt that Christian (Julian McMahon) was damaged much from the attack at the end of the season, he is way too much the "sex appeal" of the show and slashing his face would ruin it, I'm sure if Christian was scarred, he'll be nipped and tucked and back to normal by the end of the episode, lol.

I hope they don't do that. It needs to be believable like the other attacks. Christian should at least have a scar or two on his face for a few episodes into the season. I hope that's all the Carver did to him. I remember that episode where the guy said the Carver raped him and well, anyone who saw that episode knows the story. That was just sick.

there really should be a Supernatural board - it IS one of the best new shows this season, and I think that it is still WB's highest-rated show this season.

it's the breakout WB hit of the season and will become an anchor show on the CW, with 7th and Charmed ending, and with Gilmore reportedly ending next year, and with Smallville likely with only a good 2-3 years left tops... Supernatural only has upwards to go, and it has totally filled the void left for clever sci-fi/horror/action with a hint of humor and pop culture when Buffy and Angel ended.

This isn't really a drama board, but can we have an RPG board?

It would be alot like a the fanfic board, because fans would get to write what it is that they want to happen in whatever show/movie/game they are role playing in. I have participated in a One Tree Hill and an Everwood RPG. It is ALOT of fun! YOU get to decide what happens to the characters with a bunch of other fans, and get those imaginative juices flowing. Anyway, just a suggestion. Feel free to ignore or discard.

Not quite sure what all falls under drama, I mostly like crime dramas, sci-fi, etc...

I would like to see an Are You Afraid of the Dark? or The Secret World of Alex Mack board. Both of them are dramas and I think they need to have there own boards because they're have been quite a few topics requesting more nickelodeon shows for their own boards. There are other nickelodeon shows as Clarissa Explains It All, Pete & Pete, Hey Dude, and Zoey 101 that have had there own boards and even though they aren't dramas, I'm just giving more reason to have these two boards. I would definately post at these boards if they were to be created. :)

I think I requested a thread for Popular, years ago. SO doesn't have a Popular board though. My So Called Life either. These are 2 of my all time favorites though (I'm counting down the days until the new MSCL DVD set this fall!).

*If your interested, there is a Freaks and Geeks board. I'm not sure if you like that show, but it is another one of those awesome coming of age/growing up/high school series.

OMG! I cannot wait for the MSCL this Fall. I missed out on the limited release the first time around, but you can bet I won't let that happen again. I have all the eps on VHS (from 4am reruns on the N) but I want the DVD's for commentary from Winnie Holzman and the others.
