I also love Quentin Tarantino (Reservoir Dogs). I also like Martin Scorcese, Steven Spielberg, Merchant/Ivory, John Carpenter, Francis Ford Coppola and Oliver Stone. I enjoy some of Spike Lee's work as well.
David Lynch intriques me, but most of his stuff is too out there for me.
Someone help me out here. He was married to Nancy Allen and directed Dressed to Kill, Blowout and a few other good thrillers...Brian??
Then there's the Norwegian guy who directed the Die Hard series....married or was to Gina Davis.
I'm great with names, lol.

I think you're talking about Reny Harlin and Brian Depalma.

I think Depalma directed Scarface which is one of my favorite movies.

Roger Avary & Robert Rodriguez are also very good. Janice, if you haven't seen it yet rent the movie "Killing Zoe." It was directed by Roger Avary who co-wrote Pulp Fiction. It's a very good movie.
