I was watching one of my CATM tapes today and i saw the show with the Brown Bicycle balancer,there's a segment where Chico is telling reverend Bemis about his friend Nat.Like in his comedy routine.I was wondering,do you think the writers scripted it that way or was Freddie adlibing a little bit?

I wouldn't be surprised if it was ad libbed and the director didn't say anything and just let the cameras roll! With talent like that, you wouldn't want to stifle the spontaneous creativity!!!

I loved it when Freddie would ad-lib so I think it's ad-lib also. Sometimes just the look at Jack's face or some other person's like Louie or Bevis you can tell it would be ad-lib beacuse they would have a shock look (Jack) or almost laugh like (Louie).
