There were so many great lines in this show -- they were such a fun and happy family.
The other day when I was babysitting my friends 4 children, the little girl asked me if they would live with me should there mother die. I told her probably not, because she has grandparents and an aunt. She asked if they all died, would she be able to come live with me then.
I went ahead and said sure, so that she would feel secure. I told her mother when she got home, and we joked about it. It reminded me of a line from an ep of family ties, when Steven and Elyse were talking about death, and I think Steven told her,

"I always kind of thought that
one day we would just hold hands
and say ... one... two ... three ... die."
