So far there are 7 seasons of Buffy. Rank the seasons from best to worse!

1) Season 6 (I love this season. Having Willow go evil and kill people was a great story. I just hate they killed off Tara :( )

2) Season 3 (this season started out great! I loved the whole evil slayer story)

3) Season 5 (I thought the season premiere was kind of dorky, Buffy vs. Dracula come on. lol But later on it got mysterious and not knowing who Dawn was at first, it was great. Plus it had a great season finale cliff hanger, Buffy dying! I loved it The only thing I hate is that Joyce died! :mad: )

4) Season 7 (it's getting better, at first it was slow but now it's kicking off to a good start. Pretty soon Faith will be back and kicking ASS!!!! :woohoo:)

5) Season 2 (this season is ok, I love a few episodes. The season finale, Buffy running away from home, was good and Joyce finally finding out Buffy is a vampire slayer was great)

6) Season 1 (it's ok)

7) Season 4 (this season sucked!! I hated the whole army- military crap. Riley was a horrible boyfriend for Buffy and the villain Adam was stupid. The only good parts to this season is the departure of OZ, Tara coming in, Faith coming back for 2 episodes, and the best thing of all..... HUSH!! I love that episode)

I really didn't like Riley that much... and the whole military thing was stupid, because it seemed season 4 was more about the Riley slaying than Buffy actually doing it.

season 7 has been REALLY good. I really like how this season is sorta ongoing (like a soap opera, but with action, horror, and good acting).

Season 2 had a lot of good episodes, and it was really good. What made the whole season was 'Killed By Death'. I also liked 'Becoming' (1) & (2). tear jerker... also, 'Ted'. I felt so much pain when I saw SMG balling her eyes out.

Season 4 was just fine to me!! Jeez, 'Living Conditions' has to be one of the funniest Buffy episodes!! haha, it was great.

Season 1 was alrite. but, it had lots of random episodes... but, I liked the whole master storyline. I wish it would've had 22 episodes for the season. that ruined things a bit... and, it was the new show on the block, and it was still being developed into something awesome.

I don't even like this season!!! they just HAD to add Dawn.... the show would've survived without her. it might even be better today, if they left that out...

Well, I can rank 6 of the seasons. I still haven't saw all of 7, so I just won't include it. 7 has been pretty good so far, but it just isn't fair to stick it somewhere and realize that it shouldn't of went there.

1. Season 6- Okay, I'm almost done seeing this season, but it's just gotta go in the number one spot. It's been awesome. I've been updating another post on here about my favorite eps from each season and so far I've put almost every ep. I didn't like a couple of eps from season 6. Overall, it just kicked ass. I can't wait to see Evil Willow coming up soon.

2. Season 2- This was another awesome season. It introduced Spike and Drusilla. I just love them both. The eps were cool and I just think 2 should go in the number 2 slot.

3. Season 3- Geez, this is a bit harder than I thought it'd be. To be honest, I really love seasons 6, 5, 3, and 2 the best and it's just hard to rank a spot for those seasons. If I could put them all as a tie at #1, I'd do that. Anyway, I like this season. Faith was an awesome addition.

4. Season 5- Another season that was fantastic. Glory was awesome and the eps from this season were great.

5. Season 1- This season was pretty good and it did have a lot of good episodes, but I just didn't really like the Master as the main villian.

6. Season 4- Okay, I hated the Initiative plot line. If you try to forget about the whole Initiative storyline, it's okay. I still like several eps from this season and I'm so happy they added Tara in season 4. I really like her. Um, I don't want to piss off Riley fans, but I couldn't stand him. I don't know what it was with Riley. The character just seemed wooden all the time. I've never saw Marc Blucas in anything else, maybe it was his acting, maybe it wasn't. Maybe the character was just meant to be wooden and boring. Idk.

I knew you would love it. I think season 6 kicks ass too because the episodes were so great written, it is weird to see a long time show have good episodes like that it was fresh. I like that. Plus Willow as a villain is cool. I love the evil make over they gave her.

Yeah, it is pretty weird for a show to be good all the way through. It's def. pretty rare. They sure do have some great writers for the show.

1. season six... this season was great, The Trio was pretty funny, and Evil Willow was the best. Also my favorite episode: Tabula Rasa and Once More with Feeling were in this season. I didn't like that Buffy was using Spike and all, and Tara dying... that was the worst thing that happened in this season

2. My second favorite would have to be season 3. I loved Angel in this season (even if he did leave Buffy). The Mayor was okay, and I LOVED Eliza Dushku's character. She is a great actor and the whole evil slayer thing was great!

3.Season five. I loved Glory, she was my favorite villain, she kicked ass and she was just so creepy. I think this season finale was my favorite. And this was the last season i liked Buffy in. She was so annoying in season six and seven, maybe she DID come back wrong.

4. Season Two. I liked the beginning of this season, great Buffy/Angel relationship build-up, and i have to say Angel was great as a bad guy (even if he killed Ms. Calender) a loved Spike in this season, especially at the end, and i liked how Joyce found out about the whole Slayer thing.

5.Season Seven. Loved the plot of this season, but i really didn't like the Potentials, especially Kennedy. My favorite thing about this season: Spike has a SOUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

6.Season one. weak, not very catchy. But I did like the Master.

7. Season four. Riley!!!! ugh, i hated him! and all that Initiative crap, this entire season was garbage, waste of my time. (Sorry i sound so negative, but i REALLY didn't like this season) But I did like how Spike came back in...

1. Season Three: This season was just flat-out fantastic! The Mayor is probably the best "Big Bad" ever on the show, plus it heralded the arrival of one of the best characters to appear on Buffy: FAITH!!! It also has three of my ten favorite episodes (the most from any season): "Graduation Day," "Doppelgangland," and "The Wish."

2. Season Five: Glory was a great villian, and the introduction of Dawn in this manner was a masterstroke. Also, "The Body" is just an absolute masterpiece. This episode is, without a doubt, the most articulate and stunning piece of television I have ever seen.

3. Season Two: Spike and Drusilla are just great villians to watch, and once Angel turns into Angelus, the show went from great entertainment to superior entertainment.

4. Season Six: The nerd trio were just so much fun until Warren killed Tara. Then came Dark Willow, which was quite a wonder to behold. Plus, Season Six has the Spike/Buffy relationship (forget Angel, Spike is SO much better!) and "Once More, With Feeling!"

5. Season Seven: The sense of impending doom was done very well, and "Chosen" was an amazing finale. The potential slayers were a good idea, but they could be annoying at times.

6. Season Four: Riley was kinda boring, The Initiative wasn't the best, and Adam wasn't the best villian on the planet. However, this season did give us Tara and the episodes "Hush," "Restless," and "Who Are You?" While the arc wasn't the best, many of the individual episodes were either great or superior.

7. Season One: The show was just getting going. Season One had many great episodes, and gave us just a sweet taste of what was to come.

1. Season 2~ It was just television at it`s best. The relationships between Buffy/Angel, Willow/Xander, Willow/Oz, Xander/Cordy, Giles/Buffy, Giles/Jenny, Buffy/Joyce, Angel/Spike & Dru were all explored, and done VERY well. Season 2 has a lot of my favorite episodes from the series (When She Was Bad, Halloween, Lie To Me, Surprise, Innocense, Passion, I Only Have Eyes For You, Becoming I and II)....The show just took off that year. I remember I was freaking out for a week, when Angel went fully bad. I couldn't wait for the next new episode!

2. Season 6~ Amazing!

3. Season 5~ The introduction of Dawn (though definately NOT a fan favorite), was one of the best introductions/developments for a new character I've ever seen on television. Glory was my all time favorite villain (from both Buffy and Angel). I don't have to name any other reasons for loving season 5, because I think the episodes alone speak for themselves (The Body, Spiral, The Gift, etc)....And we had our first appearances of BuffyBot!

7. Season 1~ I remember watching watching the Pilot and the rest of the first season on The WB, thinking it was the greatest thing I've ever seen!....Looking back through reruns and DVD`s, season 1 had some memorable moments from the series, but it was kind of campy and cheesy at times)

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought seasons 1 and 7 weren't as great as the others. :D

1) Season Two - At the end of the day, I think back at season two the fondest. It has many of my favorite episodes, and plus I like Buffy best in high school.

2) Season Six - Mainly for the musical episode, which I really liked. This season didn't have Giles as much and was very depressing at times, but the ending made it great with Dark Willow.

3) Season Three - This was a good year with the Mayor, Faith, the introduction of Anya and a great two-part finale. Plus, it was the final year for Angel and Cordelia.

4) Season One - I liked it. I liked how Xander was in love with Buffy. But she just saw him as a friend. I've been there before.

5) Season Five - I enjoyed it when I watched it. But looking back, it didn't have many of my favorite episodes. I liked Dawn, but I'm a little bothered that all the characters remember their history with Dawn there. I liked Glory, she was a hottie. And I liked the finale, even if I'm not a fan of Buffy dying.

6) Season Seven - An alright season, which had a great finale. Tara was missed, though.

7) Season Four - It was the weakest. I liked it, though. But it was still the weakest of the series. I didn't mind Riley like so many fans do. I just didn't like the whole Initiative storyline, until the final battle in the second to last episode.

Season 7, the final is amazing! but the characters (except for Spike and Buffy) I liked little this season and I hate the potential hunters (I do not care if they are relevant to the plot)

Season 2, Angelus is my favorite villain! There are some good episodes but overall I liked it a lot.

Season 4, initiative, Riley, Adam ... uninteresting stuff, but "hush" deserves a prize!

Season 1, nothing special! all the characters are still to characterize and evolve

My favorites are in this order:

Season One -- My absolute favorite Buffy Season. Absolute Classic......the best. I loved the innocence of the characters and the newness of the show, and I love Buffy being in high school with Xander, Willow, and Cordelia.

Season Two -- I loved this season as well, and Buffy and her friends are still in high school. Plus, Willow meets Oz.

Season Three -- Still an enjoyable season. Angel and Cordelia are still on the show.

Season Four -- Just an okay season. Angel and Cordelia are gone, but Joyce and Oz are still on the show, so that helps. Riley was okay, but I prefer Angel. However, I would prefer to see Buffy with Riley than with Spike. The Spuffy sex degraded Buffy, in my opinion.

Season Five -- Pretty much the official season when Buffy "jumped the shark" in my opinion. I never liked Buffy having a sister. I liked Buffy better as an only child. I liked Buffy and Willow better as sisters. I also hated Buffy's mom (Joyce) dying.

Season Seven -- Nothing special.

Season Six -- I hated the fact that Buffy was having sex with Spike. I thought it was very degrading and trashed Buffy's character.

Season 4: the season I enjoyed most. I loved the new characters (Tara and also Riley, way better than Angel, who I hated) and the fact that the episodes were all more funny than serious. The big bad was nothing special, but the season handled its theme very well, imho.

Season 3 & Season 2: second place for both :) I liked them veru much, these are the two with the best storylines and big bads.

Season 6: As a season itself, I prefer season 5. The big bad are ridicuolous, and I didn't like the Dark-Willow idea. But there are three episodes ('Once more with feeling', 'Tabula Rasa' and 'Normal again') which I consider impressive.

Season 5: Hated the introduction of Dawn, but the season finale was awesome.

Season 1: Nothing special, I didn't like it.

Season 7: At first I just didn't like it so much, but then I become to hate this season, it disappointed me so much. The authors ruined every character except Buffy and Angel, and the potential hunters... I hoped that ubervamp killed them all. I found horrible even the final.
