View Full Version : If only................
Let's say you were walking down the street and you spot your favorite actor from Cheers standing on the corner waiting for a cab and you walk up to them, introduce yourself, and see that a cab is coming and knowing you only have time to ask them one question. who would be the actor or actress on the corner, and what would you ask them?
Personally I think I would wanna ask..........................George Wendt(Surprise) I would like to ask George what kind of music or certain bands he is into. It may seem like a silly question to blow this ounce in a lifetime chance on but hey i have to know. It seems I know just about everything on him and this is just something I couldn't find. I read somewhere that he was actually seen at a Muffs show in the mid 90's. Now for those of you who don't know The Muffs are a punk band with a female singer and pretty much an in your face sound and so on. I didn't really expect to see him as a punker. Imagine, George Wendt with a mowhawk in a leather jacket, a white t-shirt and super tight jeans and boots, slam dancing in a mosh pit. Whoa. I've gotta get some pictures of that!
Central Perk 01-04-2003, 02:44 PM I'd run up to Kirstie Alley and ask if she had hirassed anyone into going to Pier 1 today.
purplefuzzycouch 01-04-2003, 09:04 PM haha thats pretty funny.I think i would ask Bebe Neuwirth.I think what I would ask her is what was her fav. character to play.Dumb question huh?lol
Cheers Fanatic 01-04-2003, 09:13 PM This is a tough question, but I think it would be Bebe Neuwirth, and I would ask her if she ever planned on going back on broadway. I'd be the first in line to buy tickets if she said yes, no matter what the show was.
man i thought this was a good one too. guess not.BUMP.
Janice 01-05-2003, 08:47 PM I would ask Ted Danson if he had a mid-life crisis back in 1992 which caused him to end Cheers even though he was offered the most money in TV history to stay on (forget how much).
This was also the year he ended his long-term marriage and took up with Whoppi Goldberg. I love Whoppi, but it seems to me that Ted went through a turning point back then.
Actually, I'd want to ask him that, but it's too personal, so I'd ask him what his favorite season of Cheers is and if he misses the show. If I had more time and courage, I'd ask him if he disliked Shelley Long, lol. j/k
Brian Damage 01-06-2003, 06:46 PM I'd ask Shelley, what the hell were you thinking???
SitcomSweetie44 01-06-2003, 06:50 PM I like the one for Kirstie Alley about Pier 1, but I'd have to ask Shelley if she ever enjoyed kissing Ted Danson.

Hahaha. Poor Shelley got some bad advice. She must have had the same agent as David Caruso.
I don't understand why her film career didn't take off. I think she was talented and very pretty. Maybe the timing was off, but this was one of the worse career decisions in TV history, in my opinion.
trinity2084 01-06-2003, 11:01 PM I'd ask Woody who was the cheapest dealer in town. :) And some of the others:
Kelsey - Have you ever been to a therapist?
Shelley - Ever done something that you later regretted every day of your life?
George - NORM!

 "It's a little known fact that....."
actually George Wendt gets really annoyed when people call him Norm or yell it or whatever. I mean he says he knows it doesn't hurt. But it is annoying.
