I posted this in a reply by accident. So i'll just repost this here....I just want to say hi to everyone. I'm a huge LITB fan. I watch it everyday. I feel like I'm addicted to it. Anyone else feel like that? Anyway, it's nice to be here. No one can understand how much I love the show, so it's cool to be able to come here and share my thoughts.

Hi, welcome to the LITB message board. I'm sort of a new LITB fan. I just started watching the show last summer and I love it! I wouldn't say I'm addicted because I can't watch all the shows because I'm working. If I WAS addicted I'd be taping the ones I miss and I don't do that. :D

I guess it's official, I AM addicted...even though I went for almost 2 months without seeing a single episode recently...I survived it and now I'm back to watching every episode, taping ones i miss or that I like.

You tape the episodes as you watch them!
You print off information about it and read it over and over again becuase it's so interesting!
You write fanfics about the show!
You notice the way the characters/actors stand or walk or talk specifically!
You build a Barbara Billingsley FanClub Website with your best addicted friend!! (love you brit!)


Haha, i actually have a list of you know when you addicted to a show when... it's somewhere, i'll have to dig that up! those are ones i just currently made up off of my own "addictedness" haha! I just made a new word! Well, welcome to the boards! :)

The boad administrator, TJ, posted an article about Whitey on this board. Maybe you've read it by now.

Leave it to Beaver is a great show. The thing about it is, you watch it, and While you're watching it you think "Why am I watching this...I must be rational, it's a silly 1950's sitcom." There is no way of rationalizing it. It's just so damn watchable. Once you start watching, no matter how hard you try, you just cant' stop.
