This magazine with Freddie in it is up for bids on the internet: Tv Picture Life; Date July 75 Freddie Prinze.. Breaks down at the altar
It says on the front of it Freddie Prizne breaks down at the altar. The real reason he couldn't marry the girl he loves. I am dying to know what this is all about.
Unfortunately the bidding on it would probably go to much more than I can afford cuz someone has already bid on it. They are named something like Fargo Fan & since the mag has an article on country singer Donna Fargo I'm assuming it must be a Donna Fargo Fan wanting it.
I'm wondering if maybe what happened is that it's about Freddie having almost married Kitty Bruce. I wonder if maybe he actually went down the wedding alter & aisle with her & then last minute decided he couldn't marry her & he was so sad that he couldn't marry her that he broke down & cried.
Anyway, if anyone knows the info on that I'd love to know! & All the juicy details! Thanks! http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/smile.gif

Uh oh. Probably can't buy it now cuz it appears the seller is in Canada & won't take US MONEY Orders & to order by international money order is a real pain in the butt... http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/frown.gif
Cheryll I hope someone can find that out as i am curious now too.
Maybe he was sad because he wasn't marrying his first girlfriend Nani.
Or maybe he was just so happy he cried when he married Kathy?

I'm wondering if that's one of those kind of mags with headlines like.... "Elvis Abducted by Aliens" or "100 yr Old Woman Gives birth to a Chicken". The story might be a half-truth, but, fun to read, nevertheless! I'd love to have ANY kind magazine with Freddie in it! http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/eyes.gif

It was one of those 70's movie mags. In some of those they'd report a star was getting married when they weren't. I learned that back in the 70's when... A friend (The one who cried when Freddie died) & I saw in some movie magazine that John Travolta was marring Kim Darby (A character actress who gueststarred in shows like MARCUS WELBY etc.) We both were heartbroken & sure we'd never get to marry John Travolta. I still have letters we wrote to each other where we wrote how we cried when we found out the bad news & how heartbroken we were & sure we'd never marry now cuz John Travolta was getting married. We later found out he wasn't getting married to her & it was only a rumor. We were sooo happy! So from that we learned to buy the mags for the picture but don't believe they are getting married. We both saw one on Marie Osmond where it said she was gonna get married but on the pic of her with the guy was a dotted line where they had cut her picture out & pasted it next to the guys LOL!
