Fri they showed 2 episodes of WELCOME BACK KOTTER at 5 pm est which as you may know was also produced by James Komack & Juan Epstein (Robert Heyges) who was on there was friends with Freddie. & The cute John Travolta is on there who should've been on tv with Freddie as a duo...
Anyway, since we can't get TVLAND anymore right now due to the trees & their leaves blocking the signal to my satellite dish plus TVLAND may be scrambling it now, we went to my parents house to watch it. http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/smile.gif
In the first Kotter episode it was the one where Horshack is gonna fight Cavelli boxing. In that one there is this guy sitting behind the boxing ring when Horshak & Cavilli are boxing in the ring... & the guy is wearing this red t-shirt with a cartoon type picture on it that is just like this shirt Freddie has worn on CATM. He didn't look as good in it as Freddie does tho. I wonder if he borrowed it from Freddie & CATM or if that was just a neat coincidence?
The 2nd epsiode was a Beau Delabarre episode that didn't have Barbarino (John Travolta) in it. Aw! I wanted to see 2 Barabarino epsiodes. http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/frown.gif Anyway, in this one Della Reese was in it. It was made after Freddie died I think. She was a teacher who is helping the students put on a school talent show. In it Cavelli sings his Peanut Butter & Jelly song. I've seen that epsiode before yrs ago but didn't realize Della was in it. It seemed weird seeing her without Chico, Ed or Louie... I think LuvinJuan would've loved these.
