Sorry I didn't join the chat yesterday! I tried to find it, but all I could find was a "Freddie chat" with no one else on it...

New Years Eve was a horrible day for me! Where I work, the administrator's mother is very sick and near death, and also the director of nursing's brother died suddenly, so they won't be in to work for awhile.....

Then, I was just getting ready to leave work at 5:00, and the main sewer line busted... 2 patient hallways, the director's office, the nursing station and my office was flooded with 4 inches of raw sewage! You shoulda seen me, standing up on my office chair, desperately yanking out computor cords while trying to avoid getting electrocuted!

The patients and the staff were all in a panic! I spent the next 3 hours with a push broom, moving sewer water out of the hallways and the rooms with my shoes off and my pantlegs rolled up,alongwith everyone else who works there!
My office and my computor, I fear, are ruined and I don't know how long I won't be able to work!

I came home to my company, and I drank, and I drank, and I drank!! (after a long shower, of course!):cheers: :dizzy:
That's how I spent my New Years Eve! :crazy:

Sorry you missed the chat. It was a good one. :) All you had to do to egt in it was get onto YAHOO MESSENGER & then someone fromt he baoirds invited ya to a conference chat. :) maybe next chat you can join it. Good luck with your problems at work... :)
