For years, my dad has told me that there are 2 characters that were seen in atleast 1 episode. Were there any characters (guests) named Hucklebuck or Skillet?

DarleneIllyria 12-31-2002, 01:52 AM I think Skillet was a character, not too sure about the other one. scott cokeley 01-04-2003, 05:02 PM The charactor Skillet was on the show a few times. Hucklebuck was a charactor from episode 18-"The Card Sharps". HeartsOfIron 09-29-2003, 11:04 PM Hucklebuck was Ron Glass I believe aka Harris from Barney Miller. If it wasnt him, he was one of the three card sharks Fred ended up conning. Lady T 09-30-2003, 12:49 AM Skillet was on a few times during the first and second seasons of Sanford and Son..and Hucklebuck was only on once who was played by Ron Glass a.k.a. Harris from Barney Miller, his first televison role jekouptown 09-30-2003, 12:51 PM Originally posted by foxyhonky1975 Skillet was on a few times during the first and second seasons of Sanford and Son..and Hucklebuck was only on once who was played by Ron Glass a.k.a. Harris from Barney Miller, his first televison role HE WAS ALSO IN THE EPISODE" ONCE A THIEF" I THINK IF HE SAID " HUCKLEBUCK AND ROOSTER" " LEROY AND SKILLET" IT WOULD BE RECOGNIZED AS THIS IS THE WAY IT WAS PRESENTED ON THE SERIES. HeartsOfIron 09-30-2003, 08:23 PM I think Ron Glass was on again - but not as Hucklebucker jatm27 10-01-2003, 06:09 AM " I know what a rooster does, but what does a hucklebuck do?"-Freddie G. John glenny 10-01-2003, 08:41 AM Are you sure he is not referring to Leroy and Skillet. I believe they were a comedy team that worked together. jekouptown 10-01-2003, 10:05 AM Originally posted by HeartsOfIron I think Ron Glass was on again - but not as Hucklebucker I JUST SAID HE WAS IN THE OTHER EPISODE WITH GRADY "ONCE A THIEF" HE WAS AN EX CON WHO NEEDED A PLACE TO STAY. Sanford and Son - Hucklebuck - The Card Sharps (1972) Sanford and son- herman. ONce a thief.
